While you are home enjoying yet ANOTHER snow day, please consider working on your osmosis egg lab. If you have your notebook it would be very helpful for you to complete the calculations for volume. Follow the following steps in order to complete the calculations correctly.
Step 1 - Divide the circumference of your egg by 3.14.
Step 2 - Divide the answer you get in step 1 by 2. This will give you the radius of your egg.
Step 3 - Multiply the radius you calculated in step 2 by itself 3 time (radius x radius x radius).
Step 4 - Multiply the number from step 3 by 3.14.
Step 5 - Multiply the number from step 4 by 4.
Step 6 - Divide the number from step 5 by 3. This is the volume of your egg. Remember you must repeat these steps for the original egg, the egg in vinegar, and the egg in you solution.
